This is week four for my BABY-LICIOUS BOOTCAMPers and crew of amazing Moms. Our focus is strength and stability. For best results perform this workout on alternating days and do each exercise for 45 seconds, resting for 10 seconds between. Complete three sets of each circuit. Be sure to warmup with a walk/jog and light movements and cooldown with a walk/jog and static stretching. Above all have fun!
