“Man Alive” Avocado Smoothie

“Man alive” was the reaction when I slurped back my newest smoothie concoction. “I can’t believe it taste so good” was the quick follow-up comment. Looking for a way to fit in your Omega-6’s? Here’s a recipe that combines all the healthy fats into one glass.

Man Alive Avocado Smoothie

  • Avocado – half or full
  • Banana
  • Spinach – fistful
  • Lime – half, juiced
  • Hemp Hearts – tsp
  • Chia Seeds – tsp
  • Almond Milk
