Blackberries are in full force right now so to celebrate I picked tubs-full and have been adding them to everything. As a firm believer in all things smoothie, I created an antioxidant-blast to kick off my busy day.
- 1 cup blackberries
- 2 cups greens (spinach, kale, chard)
- Banana (optional)
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- Tbps chia seeds
- Honey, maple syrup or agave (optional)
- Almond milk (until smooth)
